More Mind Power Information

Increasing Alpha Wave Creativity

There's a new info series available on Mind Power - 7 Tips For Increasing Your Mind Power. This might just be of interest to police officers working under stressful conditions.
You can:

  • Keep your mood upbeat during the day
  • Get more resistance to stress
  • Learn to protect your heart and organs
  • Get a feeling of greater connectedness
  • Have better intution and creativity
  • Experience a 'higher harmony'
Basically we do recommend that you learn a method of meditation.
Our favorite meditation method involves hi tech binaural beats using
headphones, to induce alpha, theta and delta waves in the EEG as
measured as electrical activity from the cerebral cortex.

See - the background here is a training in physiological psychology
so we DO know what we're talking about in the Mind Power area!

We actively support the NYPD in New York and the LAPD in Los Angeles
with intellectual property like the scientific evidence for why you really
should be relaxing yourself more and training yourself up with meditation
to resist the stresses and strains inherent in North American policing work.

Federal agents, too, are welcome to benefit from reading the upbeat, positive
material on this blog.

Improve your psycho-space and you'll find your work productivity easily
going up. Don't overdo it. Pace yourself.

OK this is Geoff signing off for another week or so. Please visit my web pages
and see for yourself at first hand what is going on that could assist you in
this area of psychological and emotional support for U.S. police men and
women on the urban front lines.

NYPD and LAPD Rant and Boost Up

So, you're in The Police. Either the NYPD Blue or the LAPD and you're out there, on the streets, kicking badass and lookin' after the 'good folks' and the wealthy. It's a police job, tough and demanding, sometimes stressful and sometimes downright cruisy.. meeting all sorts of men and women, hot and icy cold.

You deal with con artists, pretenders, hookers, violent criminals, lunatics and other normal city folk who just seem to be in the right place at the wrong time! Ha ha.

I know about this stuff because I've been a parole officer and a taxi driver. I've been a musician and a psychologist - and I know that sometimes you guys 'n gals in the mofo NYPD and the darn LAPD are suffering. Inside. You've lost faith in humanity, sometimes. You truly wonder about 'God' and good values when you see such frightful, shocking stuff happening. Drug dealers with guns, bank robbers shouting to stress people's heads out - I know it's just a sometimes thing. Not all the damn time!

Anyway my friends in service to the American community. You guys and gals in uniform with the NYPD and the LAPD - or any state police department - I offer you a solution. I guess you had a skeptical reaction to the word, 'solution.' That's OK by me, buddy. A very natural, healthy, defensive response. You function well.

My idea was to write an e-Book that combined a lot of areas into one. Ideas like martial arts, pure Mind Power, Eastern Buddhist teachings, hypnosis and kind of 'Mentalist' stuff that just might help you and lift your thinking and your feeling during tough times.

Would you be interested in that? I feel that your work in the NYPD and the LAPD needs support and I've discovered a concept and a 'formula' that might lift you up to a state of permanent bliss - that's what it has done for me. It's the culmination of 43 years of reflective contemplation in behavioral psychology, humanistic psychology and Thai style Buddhism. You might still be skeptical. All I know is that I'm HIGH and I'm never coming down.

Thank you for hearing me out. I appreciate you in your service. (This has proven to be a lot less painful than a trip to the dentist.) :-)
